I mean you over look the whole condemning over White Supremist, lack of actual criminal justice reform or there mere fact half our Allies were reclusive because Trump was well Trump. Whatever happened to the wall Mexico was going to pay for? The media does over blow shit and he loved it when he could point to everything and call it fake news. Let us not forget Fox News ran 8 years of Obama birth certificate bullshit. Believe me the dems were stupid for Clinton no one liked her and Trump rightfully won, but he is a classless 2 bit shill of a politician as he was a business man you need to look no further than the fundraising for litigation with the caveat that 50% of funds will go to debt services.

I mean... what you're saying is that Trump isn't fascist because he didn't shut down the free press, didn't win the election and hadn't left the country while the street parties were happening? I think the shortcoming of that argument is that all of those occur once a fascist regime is in place, not while it is changing into a fascist regime. I don't think anyone believes we are fascist now, but by questioning the electoral process without evidence and undermining trust in government institutions (redirecting the trust to himself I might add), we see that Trump does not rule in good faith, but rather rules for himself.

The constitution depends on trust and good faith. "The first thing a fascist overload would have to do is destroy the constitution". I disagree. All you need is for the public to distrust and ignore the structures that uphold the constitution, and you might as well have destroyed it. I say this, while still largely agreeing with your assessment on the left-wing media.
